 TERMS & CONDITIONS:

eTickets are only refundable until 14 days prior to the investigation, we regret that after that time fees will have been paid by ourselves to secure your place on location and you will not be entitled to a refund.  Please ensure that you are able to attend and travel to the location before purchasing tickets.

Please note that where a Deposit has been paid to reserve a ticket - the Final payment must be made by the date specified for final payment balance - after that date your deposit is none-refundable.

CPI Will not provide accommodation at any event, you are responsible for your own transport to and from the location or you should make alternative overnight arrangements where possible.  We can provide you a list of hotels within the local area of any location upon request.

All attendees must wear suitable attire for the investigation.  Investigations take place overnight so you must remember that it may be cold, outside locations may be wet so coats and jumpers should be a must.  You should also bring water and snacks as the investigations may take place over several hours.  We will provide light refreshments but you are ultimately responsible for yourself.

Before any investigation we perform a risk assessment to ensure that all team members and guests will be safe at the event.  You will be told all areas that are “out of bounds” and you must comply with all instructions given by members of the team.

Your safety however is ultimately your OWN responsibility.  However, we will do everything we can to ensure your safety. First aiders are on site at all locations.

Alcohol and Drugs are FORBIDDEN at all locations, anyone found to be under the influence of Alcohol or Drugs will be removed from the location and forbidden entry.  No refunds will be given for anyone refused entry due to Alcohol or Drug consumption.

CPI are a professional group seeking to find the truth regarding the paranormal, therefore anyone caught “fooling around” or faking activity will be removed from the investigation and the property.  No refunds will be given for anyone refused entry for their own irresponsible behaviour.  We also have the health and security of our team and guests to consider and anyone “playing the fool” could risk mental anguish, upset and harm to other guests. We strongly discourage this behaviour.

REMEMBER: All ticketed events have very limited numbers of tickets available - please ensure you buy yours early to avoid disappointment.
