Code of conduct |
||||
|
"We always ensure that we are thorough, detailed and professional, and our code of conduct is aimed at putting our clients' minds at ease"
|
CPI take the role of investigations seriously, therefore Security and Health and Safety is of top priority to all of our team.
This code of conduct has been prepared in order to assure our clients and our guest (and of course the team itself) are moderated to ensure that strict standards and guidelines are met so all parties are satisfied.
We would like to point out that ALL people on any location are primarily responsible for their own safety. Whilst CPI aim to ensure that all locations are safe - due to the nature of an investigation (i.e. low light and even pitch black locations) - CPI Will not be held accountable for any accident or injury during and investigation.
We would like to ensure all clients that:
Every care will be taken to ensure that all properties on location are safe and that no damage will occur. Any member of the public (paid or unpaid event) caught damaging property will be asked to leave immediately with no financial refund.
We assure our clients that we are professional and respect their property and location at all times, details of locations will only be released to the public with the owners permission.
All members of the public attending investigations :
Must not consume alcohol before or during the event, anyone under the influence of alcohol will be removed from location - no refunds will be given
Taking of non prescription drugs is banned completely and if deemed necessary will be reported to the police. Should anyone discovered to be taking non-prescriptive drugs whilst on location as they will be deemed a potential hazard to the security and safety of all people present. Again, at ticketed events people removed will not be refunded.
Smoking will be permitted at designated locations on the property, however, this is primarily at the discretion of the property owner and not CPI.
All members of the public must ensure they are prepared for the event, we strongly recommend you bring a bottle of water, appropriate clothing (i.e. coat if its the winter months), and of course a torch. You are primarily responsible for your own safety but we will offer advice where deemed necessary. Please note that should you be unsure as to what clothing is best (i.e. shoes/trainers suitable for outside events etc) please contact us.
All members of the team and the public are protected by a zero tolerance policy against aggressive behaviour. Anyone intimidating or causing distress will be removed from location immediately.
Mobile phones must be switched to Silent mode throughout the investigation, it may also be requested that phones are turned OFF during some experiments to ensure they do not interfere with technical equipment.
No one under the age of 18 is allowed at any location. Attendees who are lucky enough to look 18 or under will be asked for identification.
Should you have any queries about the code of conduct then please feel free to contact us, a full list is available on request. Please note that code of conduct may be replaced by Terms & Conditions when applying for ticket sales at ticketed events. T T |
